5. Switch to LED Light Bulbs
Energy-efficient bulbs offer a number of money and energy-
saving benefits. Though there are several types of bulbs, the one
most used in energy-efficient technology is LEDs.
LED bulbs have greater overall efficiency and a much longer life
than incandescent bulbs, which compensates their greater
upfront cost. LEDs also have a more durable bust than other
bulbs and do not burn out as traditional lights do, but rather dim
into darkness.
