Group Executive Manager - Sales and Business Development
Elisha possesses a progressive career in financial services spanning 20 years and was formerly a Change Manager of the RBC Group where she created, managed and implemented change management strategies and plans that maximized employee adoption.
Combined with her expertise in Human Resources, Elisha’s wealth of experience also stems from her holding multiple cross-functional portfolios in Credit, Payroll, Recruitment and Resource Management, Change Management and Sales. During her lengthy banking career, she contributed significantly towards the streamlining of internal processes to achieve improved operational efficiency; and worked on RBC’s Caribbean HR Technology Project in 2018. It was along this professional path that Elisha cemented her understanding of retail banking, customer service and technology.
Elisha holds a BSc. in Economics with a minor in Human Resource Management and International Relations. She also worked diligently to attain certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
Elisha is an ardent believer in continuous self-improvement through education and training, and is currently focusing on expanding her knowledge in the areas of Risk and Finance; she is currently completing a Certified International Risk Manager certification as well a Masters in Finance to further pursue a PhD in Business Administration.
